Refund requests for purchases made through Hotmart are handled by Hotmart's official refund service.

How to submit your request

  1. Have your purchase transaction number and the email address used at checkout ready. Your purchase confirmation email contains the transaction details.

  3. Follow the instructions there to submit and track your request.
